Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how PredictFi, operated by Huelabs (“we”, “us”), collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Platform. PredictFi is a software interface and information terminal for third-party prediction market venues — we do not custody funds and do not require an account to view most of the Platform.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Wallet data. When you connect a self-custodial wallet, we read your public wallet address and on-chain activity (positions, trades) needed to display your portfolio. We never receive or store your private keys or seed phrase.
• Usage data. Pages viewed and features used, collected via standard analytics tooling.
• Communications. If you email us or contact support, we retain that correspondence to respond to you.
• Cookies and local storage. Used for session preferences (e.g. theme, layout) and analytics. See Section 6.

• Operate, maintain, and improve the Platform;
• Display your positions, trade history, and portfolio analytics;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or manipulation of leaderboards;
• Communicate with you about the Platform, including support requests;
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

The Platform aggregates public data from third-party venues (including but not limited to Polymarket and Kalshi) and public blockchains. When you execute a trade, that trade occurs on the third-party venue and is subject to that venue’s own privacy practices, which we do not control. We also rely on infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, error monitoring) who process data on our behalf under their own security practices.

Blockchain transaction data (wallet addresses, transaction hashes, position sizes) is public by nature and permanently recorded on the relevant blockchain. Displaying this data on the Platform does not create additional privacy risk beyond what is already public on-chain, but you should be aware that wallet activity can potentially be linked to your identity through other means outside our control.

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality (session preferences, authentication state) and for analytics to understand how the Platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit some features.

We retain usage and communications data for as long as needed to operate the Platform, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Wallet addresses and public on-chain data are not “deleted” in the same sense, as they remain publicly available on the blockchain independent of our systems.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

• You may disconnect your wallet at any time to stop portfolio data collection.
• You may disable non-essential cookies via your browser.
• You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you (excluding public on-chain data) by contacting us at the address below, subject to applicable law.

The Platform is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect information from, individuals under 18 years of age.

PredictFi is operated from Canada. If you access the Platform from outside Canada, your information may be processed in Canada or other jurisdictions with different data protection laws than your own.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
