Terms of Service

By accessing or using PredictFi, the “Platform”, operated by Huelabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

PredictFi is a software interface and information terminal. We aggregate publicly available data from third-party prediction market venues (including but not limited to Polymarket and Kalshi) and provide tools for viewing, analyzing, and interacting with those markets.

PredictFi:

• Does not operate a prediction market, exchange, or betting venue.
• Does not take custody of user funds. All positions are held in your own wallet or your own accounts on third-party venues.
• Does not act as a broker, dealer, financial advisor, or fiduciary.
• Does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any market data, odds, signals, or analytics displayed.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Platform.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Platform and any connected third-party venue is lawful in your jurisdiction. Prediction market access is restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. The Platform is not directed at any person in a jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to law.

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All content — including odds, signals, whale alerts, smart money feeds, arbitrage indicators, leaderboards, and copy trading data — is provided for informational purposes only.

Past performance of any trader, signal, or strategy displayed on the Platform is not indicative of future results. Copy trading a profitable trader does not guarantee profits and can result in losses.

Trading in prediction markets involves substantial risk, including the total loss of funds committed. By using the Platform you acknowledge and accept that:

• Market prices can move rapidly and unpredictably.
• Liquidity may be insufficient to enter or exit positions at displayed prices.
• Third-party venues may change rules, suspend markets, or resolve outcomes in ways you disagree with.
• Data displayed on PredictFi may be delayed, incomplete, or erroneous.
• Signals and analytics are probabilistic tools, not predictions or guarantees.

You trade entirely at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PredictFi, Huelabs, and their officers, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses arising from reliance on data, signals, or tools provided by the Platform — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The Platform connects to and displays data from third-party venues. Your relationship with those venues is governed by their own terms of service. PredictFi is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, resolution decisions, or solvency of any third-party venue. Execution of any trade occurs on the third-party venue, not on PredictFi.

If you connect a self-custodial wallet, you retain sole control of your keys and funds at all times. PredictFi never has access to your private keys and cannot recover lost keys, reverse transactions, or retrieve funds sent in error.

Any fees charged by PredictFi will be displayed before you confirm an action. Third-party venues charge their own fees, which are outside our control.

You agree not to:

• use the Platform in violation of applicable law;
• attempt to manipulate markets, leaderboards, or copy trading statistics;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute Platform data without permission;
• interfere with the Platform’s operation;
• misrepresent your identity or jurisdiction; or
• use the Platform while located in a restricted jurisdiction, including through VPNs or other circumvention tools.

Copy trading is an automation tool, not a managed service. Traders displayed on leaderboards are not employees, agents, or advisors of PredictFi. We do not vet, endorse, or supervise them. You are solely responsible for configuring size limits and for all positions opened in your account through copy trading.

The Platform, including its design, software, branding, and original content, is the property of Huelabs. Market data originates from third-party venues and public blockchains. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Platform without written permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Because we do not custody funds, termination of Platform access does not affect positions held on third-party venues or in your wallet.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
